I have a 2024 ZR2 HD Duramax on order. Any recommendations for a bed cover? I am considering the RetraxPro XR. Thanks!

 

I’ve just purchased a ‘24 2500 and looking for a tonneau. I ride dirtbikes and also use a tailgate topper for my mountain bikes. Not sure if there’s a securable option? Thinking I might need to settle for something the is quickly removable?

 

My favorite is the bakflip. Folds up to the rear window so you can still put motorbikes in the back. Not super expensive, easy to install. Not super hard to remove but I have never had it for any reason. This is my second one, first on this 2022 1500 and I get the fibermax model. When installing the only thing you have to watch out for is the front seal. Install the whole thing, get it lined up and working with the tailgate up and down, everything perfect aligned and sealed at the tailgate well, then mark where the seal needs to sit across the front of the bed, move the cover and install the rubber seal. If you install the front seal first you can end up with it being to far forward or back to far after all the adjustments on this vehicle. SUPER easy to install by yourself, great product and great support from the company. One of the water drain tubes was broken off out of the box, I pvc glued it back together, reported it to the company and they sent me out new rails! You have to open the tailgate to get the cover open so as long as your tailgate locks things are secure.

 

I got the BAK Revolver X4, no problems with it and I think it looks really nice. The rollup keeps it from blocking the rear view and bed cameras. It has a metal frame so very solid. It does exactly what I need it to do and rolling it up is quick and easy if I need to use the bed.
