Wipers don’t work!
I have a 2019 Silverado trail boss with just over 4000 miles. The wipers quit working 3 weeks ago. I went to the dealership when it happened. They say the wiper motor is bad but can’t seem to get a replacement. I have been in contact with the1800 “ customer service “ people for 5 days to no avail. Has anyone else had this wiper issue and if so has it been rectified? It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have a brand new truck that I can’t get a simple wiper issue fixed.

Make the dealer pay. Rock auto has them, so why not dealer?
If you read the fine print though it says for the LT trail boss that there is “ up to “ a 5 day delay for them to get this part because they don’t actually have it in stock. ...... it’s beyond crazy that gm is putting out $58000 trucks that you can’t readily get certain parts for.
Just an update on my wipers...... after waiting nearly 3 weeks for the elusive wiper motor, they finally got one. Carry my truck to said dealership and guess what?.... wipers didn’t work after motor replacement. Long story short, a relay was bad. Oh well, after three weeks and two dealerships, I have wipers............ a relay.

Did you try looking inside it? relays are removable , just like fuses.
You can try swapping it with a known good one (headlights or something for example) to test if the relay is the source of the failure.
