Default 1997 Chevy Astro Van wont crank nor start
So this morning when i tried to start the van it crancked about 2 times and the motor or idk what made like a rusty noise and after it wouldnt crank at all. What could it be??

Not sure what a rusty noise is..Either a dead battery or loose or corroded battery cables is the first thing to check.
