Smile 1997 Chvey astro wheels-5 BOlt Pattern

Changing my steel silver rims to go with multifit chrome alloy one has 10 holes in new Multifit one . Size 5x7.5 . My studs for this are not long enough to come out of these wheel holes, I can go at most 5 to 6 threads on the studs with new wheel lugs/nuts. Is it safe or can I buy longer studs - do not know the size and length to buy these . Or this change I got it done done from Wheel Shop is SAFE!!!!
Pl. advice
Still waiting an answer from Experts!!!!

Whoa, this thread was brought back from the dead. If anyone cares still. I'd go with longer studs alka, 5 or 6 turns on the lug nut is not a good idea. Astro and Safari vans use the bigger 5 on 5" bolt pattern, or 5 on 127mm. Same as the Bigger rwd GM cars ('94-'96 Impala SS rims look sweet on Astro vans), 5 lug full size Vans, and older, 2000 and older 1/2 ton Pick ups ('88 C-10 works), and Burbans.
