Unhappy 2001 Astro died

I have a 2001 AWD Astro; wife was driving it home from work and it just died on the road. Check Engine Light came on; won't restart. So, I tow it home and put an ODB II reader on it. Code generated indicated MAF sensor was bad. Replaced that. No more Check Engine Light showing, but vehicle will still not turn over. Has 70k miles on it. I hear the fuel pump; checked fuel delivery and its getting there; replaced the fuel filter. Still will not turn over. Without a code to point me where to go, I am at a loss: cam position sensor ?(but wouldn't this generate an ODB II code?) alternator ?

thanks,
mark

So the starter isn't turning the engine? How's the battery? Have you tried jump starting? Sometime tapping on an old starter with a hammer will cause it to work a couple more times.
