Default 98 astro parts for a 98 savana?

Hey guys, after MANY great years of service, my astro has died. It was a sad day, but I've since replaced it with a 98 GMC Savana 1500. I'm trying to figure out if I can use the Pitman Arm, Lower Ball Joint, and idler arm from my 98 RWD Astro on the Savana. Anybody know? Thanks!

Why would you want to do all that work to use 15 year old parts that might also fail shortly? They aren't that expensive to begin with.

And even if it weren't 15 years old, the equivalent of an Astro is a Safari. The Savannah is the same frame as an Express.
