Has starting problem during day when usaually A/C is ON, has about 183,000 Kms only, Had changed Fuel pump 2 yrs back,This pump has always a Hum sound but is more now.
The Plugs, Distributor cap etc were changed about 40,000 Km ( 2 yrs from May 2008).
In morning is no problem instarting, sometime takes 2 times to turn the key in, and now after few hrs sometime you have key in few times and press on gas.I also changed the battery -800 Amp Cold Cranking- did not make a difference.
I am also adding Fuel Cleaner now.
How we can fix this and also make the Fuel Pump Quiter.Is there a treatment to lubricate the Pump inside Gas Tank.

Pl. advice ASAP.
