I only posted a couple of times after joining this forum, but just after joining, started a second job, and was working every single day. Any way, my 92 Astro EXT with V-8 is still running me wherever I need to go. The starter went out shortly after I bought it back from our oldest son, and was it ever a pain to replace. It looked like I was either going to have to drop the exhaust or remove the tranny cooling lines to get clearance. But finally after a lot of wriggling got the job done! Anyway, I didn't abandon the forum, just didn't have a lot of free time to keep up.

 

Wanted to drop-in and say hello Gary. Post lots of pics on the Astro V8 conversion. I'll be lookin' in from time to time.

 

Welcome back! We'd definately like to see some pics. Gives "RESPECT THE VAN" a new meaning with a good ol V8 in there!
