Default Where do I get bits from?

Hi I've recently bought a 94 Chevrolet Astro Dayvan & I don't know where to get parts from as cheap as possible. I'm in Cheshire & the parts are

Track Rod Ends
Oil Filter
Plug

I also don't know what grade of oil it needs.

Thanks Steve

Hi Steve,

You could try US Automotive Bedford
01234 273155 ask for Bob, I spoke to him this morning, he's very helpful.

Steve, oil grade is 5w-20 to 20w-50.
I use lighter wight 5W-20 for Winter and 20W-50 for Summer. ( 2 oil changes per year, 6 months apart).
New filter with every oil change is recommended, but at least once a year.
For parts, I use Internet. Amazing, original parts can be found for a fraction of the price of the dealer. Before I used to buy parts at junk yards, but in my experience, every time I buy something used, I end up buying the same thing new. So it has been a while since I bought any used part.
