Default '02 Looking for Tipps regarding wiring

Hey guys,

I'm a more or less proud owner of an 2002 Avalanche Z71, and looking for some guys with experience with american trucks.
As I'm living in Europe it's not very easy to find people with knowledge and wisdom :-) -even harder than getting spare parts for realistic prices.

I want to put some senseless fun to my car:
- rear-view camera
- power supply for a winch sitting on the backside multimount
- power some extra lamps on top of the truck

I guess first and second are the same issues:
Is there an easy way to get 3 cables : two 75mm˛-single-core and one 2x1mm˛-double-wire-cable from the front to the back safely?
I don't want to put the cables under the body, as I'm afraid of cutting them with stones or loosening them in mud.

The third point might be simple:
I recently bought a light bar (stainless steel that fits into some of the oem holes) and should carry 4 extra lamps.

Now I'm looking for the best way to wire them.
The new lamps feature three groups:
1: 2xLED angel-eye-rings that should light up whenever the DRL are on
2: 2x55W HID Lamps
3: 2x27W LED Lamps (9x3Watt LEDs each)

I thought about getting the wires through the A-pillar, passing the dome-light and end somewhere at the third-brake light, hoping that there is an opening for wires. Could someone confirm this thought? Better ideas?

How should I power these lamps at best? Can I simply use one of the spare fuses?

Thanks
