Hi everyone, I just created an account having just bought my 04 avalanche here in Colorado. Having to work out a few things on it, but going good so far.

What I'm working on now is the DVD player screen, that does not seem to light up properly. The screen is just barely visible when playing a dvd. Weirdly, the darker you make the surrounding light, the harder the screen is to see. The DVD player seems to be working fine.

Anybody run into this before, or have an idea how to solve this?
