Default 2007 Chevy Avalanche 5.3L 4WD - No Oil Pressure

6 weeks ago we replaced the O2 sensor because we got a P2A07 (O2 Sensor Negative Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2). Code was cleared and the truck ran briefly as if everything was fine. Not sure this is relevant to the current issue, but I wanted to give you all of the information.
Then the check engine light came on again. This time the code was P0463 (Fuel Level Circuit Sensor High Input). Thought the problem was related to the fuel pump assembly which was just replaced in 2012. The gas gauge also stopped working. Planned to replace the fuel pump assembly.
Before we could get that replaced, we started getting all of the codes listed below:
P0449 (Evap Emission Code)
P0641 (5 volt reference Voltage Incorrect)
P0521 (Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch)
P0106 (Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem)
Also, the oil gauge stopped reading oil pressure. We manually checked it and have 50psi oil pressure. We also checked to make sure the oil gauge is working. So unfortunately the solution isn’t that simple.
We also verified that we have 60 psi of fuel pressure.
We have replaced the Oil Pressure Gauge Switch and the Canister Vent Solenoid with no change. Because the truck isn’t registering the oil pressure, it puts it in limp mode.
Just looking for suggestions as to what this could be because it seems there’s an underlying issue that we can’t put our finger on. Any help is appreciated.
