Default 2010 cold weather problems

For the last year or so, I have been having problems with my 2010 Avalanche when the outside temp gets near or below freezing. When the temp drops near freezing, the truck won't crank. It wont even turn over. I have taken it to two different dealerships and one local mechanic to no avail. When the outside temp gets to 38-45 it will usually crank but doesn't run properly and goes in to limp mode with all the gauges not working, and every service light on. I haven't been offered a single solution at any of the dealerships. Battery is red top Optima and has been tested and showed good. When it does this all of the interior and exterior lights work as well as radio windows etc. It just will not turn over. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, Ray
