I have the dreaded casetech/706 heads on my 5.3 and looking for replacement. I have not been able to easily locate used 862 heads. I'm looking to go aftermarket what is a good option for stock replacement as I would prefer not to go with a retune of the computer? If I have to I'd be willing to go with retune but I'm satisfied with current power and don't expect this truck to last me more than 10 years so I'm just trying to the most life out of it without spending all money.
