Default Greetings, 2013 Avalanche oil grade question.

Hello all new to the forum here. I have a 2013 Black Diamond, 158k miles on it now, is it wise to go from 5w30 to 10w 30 with the higher miles, full synthetic. Oil pressure is 50 cold, 22ish hot idle.

Shouldn't be an issue. The oil cap on my 1998 K-1500 says 5w-30, but I run 10w-30 in it all year long. Maybe if it very cold where you live during winter the 5w-30 might be better.
