Default moisture and smell in avalanche cab.

I have a 2010 Avalanche LTZ 4x4. I know the bed of the truck gets some moisture after being closed up for some time, so i air'd it out and put 2 small air freshner bags in the bed. While driving today I noticed I can smell them in the cabin. Under the rear seats the carpet is kinda cool, not wet, just seems moist. What could this be? the mid gate is shut properly and all seems to be sealed well, is this normal?

What else can I use to absorb some of the moisture in the bed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm not a mechanic and hate being at the mercy of the dealer!

Thank you!

I would suggest taking the vehicle to be checked out by your local dealership for anything that is abnormal with the vehicle that would be causing this issue for you.

You can use Damprid, but it will only take down the humidity and not solve the problem.

Thanks I'll give it a try.
