Welcome to the forum...
Are you pulling a trailer?
Do you have anything attached to the rear of the vehicle that could be blocking one of the sensors (the little quarter sized circles on the bumper)?
Have you recently been involved in a accident where the rear bumper may have been damaged?
Any recently added bumper stickers or debris on the sensors?

Im were of the sensors that should be there if I had park assist, but the only problem is I don't have them or the button to turn park assist on or off inside the truck and the truck seems to never of had them in the first place its driving me crazy to have to hit that button ever time I start my truck.
