I purchased a 2013 Tahoe LTZ for the wife... what a wonderful purchase... well maintained... rides beautifully, like new. I was so impressed, I sought to purchase an 07 Avalanche LT... same mileage... of course not so nicely maintained as the Tahoe but I think I can get make it good with little expense.

Has anybody driven an Avalanche and a Tahoe? I understand the Avalanche is heavier but it drives like it is so much heavier. It needs new shocks... the lower control arms a a little worn. The steering is no where as nice as the Tahoe... I don't know much about the steering components... the truck feels so significantly different.
