Default Technical Service Bulletins

Hello every one. Does any one know how can I check the TSB that are related with my vin number? I can only found in general.

The other question is if my dealer is obligated to made the TSB in my truck? this is because I m from Costa Rica and here there´s only one dealer and they said that I have to pay if I want to make the service.

Thanks

technical service bulletins are not recalls. the tsb's are written to help technicians find and fix problems.

Once off warranty, the dealer is not obligated to do any free repairs even if a tsb pertains to your vehicle. if a customer has warranty and a tsb applies, the dealer will perform the work free of charge. Once warranty expires, your paying for this.
