Default 1991 Lumina Euro

I have a 91 Lumina Euro 3.1. We've done replaced the coil packs, ignition control module, spark plugs and wires, fuel injectors, crank sensor, and the computer. It will spin over, but will not fire at all. I believe it's something simple, but we just cant figure it out. Any advice would be helpful =/

Check if the cam belt is broken, you need the cam rotating or the distributor doesn't rotate and there will be no spark.

I have verified that my car is NOT getting a signal from the ignition control module. Several people have told me that it is the ignition itself so imma try and get the part to fix it and see if that helps any. I'm hoping it does cuz i need this thing running soon.
