I am thinking they are unbolt, knockout, replace at 35 ft. lbs. for the bolts, doing both. Nothing dangerous. That is if the real lower real motor mounts are not damanged that may be the cause. On the lower I will use the 2X4 oil pan, lift the motor twice technique.
