Ive been haveing an error code P0401,emissions control for about 4 months now,engine light on,engine pings.I have changed the EGR,CAt,cleaned the EVA-purge canister,still same code.I use the INNOVA digital OB2 scanner,after clearing the code,the yellow lights on(pending emission code)also the EGR,EVA,HTR,O2Sand CAT light blinks showing they have not ran,has not run.There is also a rich smell out the exaust.Ive allready spent over $200 doing the work myself saveing probley $400.I realy dont want to keep buying parts and not fixing the problem.And because of the engine ping,predeathination i must fix it brfor it causes any ferther engine damage.If anyone has any info,are has had the same problem i would b thankfull for your help.
