have owned this car since new ... there is a part that attaches under the throttle body that has broken and we can't seem to find a replacement part. i do know the coolant hose connects to it but not sure what it does. the coolant does not go into the throttle body it seems to go in and out of this part.

i've attached a diagram i received from the chevy dealer. we are looking at part #40. our only fix at this time is to bypass and connect the hoses.
