96 trans/diff issue

96 trans/diff issue

hi i have a 96 corsica i believe the diff is going out on. It binds up in reverse and lugs down going forward. Anyone know wwhat other veihicles the transmission comes in?

Is there any noise? It might be a bad CV joint, which is an easier fix...
Describe noises, and how is it binding up?
