Exclamation Brakes squeak when pedal is NOT being depressed

I have a '95 3.1 Lumina. A couple weeks ago I noticed my brakes squeaking really bad when I push them in. But lately they've been squeaking ALL THE TIME when I'm driving, just a constant squeak.

If I barely push on the brake pedal they will stop, but if I let up they squeak. Granted it's not as bad a sound as when they're fully depressed, but what does this mean? Thanks for your help.

Could be air in the brake line. Could be a sticking wheel cylinder(drum) or caliper piston(disk). It may also be that the brake drum needs adjusting...
It could also a wear indicator.

You'll have to take the wheel off to know for sure.
