Engine Swap Possible?
This is probably not possible, but anyway....I have a 1993 Beretta with a bad motor (2.2L) AT. I also have a 1986 GMC S-15 with a bad transmission (also AT). The engine in the truck is a 2.5L. While I realize one is an EastWest setup, and the other is a NorthSouth, does anyone know if the Iron Duke will fit in the Beretta? I know the 2.5 was found in the Citation and others as an EastWest configuration. And the transmission should be compatible. This isn't a "mod" for power, just a thought before I send both vehicles to the boneyard.
