are the front speakers 4x6 or something else in the 93 lumina with out the bose system?

OK i just confirmed they are 4x6's if anyone else is interested.

 

i think you`ll find that most gm vehicles insist on having 4x6 speakers installed. Why? i have no idea. the 4x6 sound quality is poor compared to a 5 1/4 or 6 1/2 that other car companies use.

if necessary you can purchase adapters that will accommodate a 5 1/4 speaker.
