Default Who makes cold air intake kit for 97 Lumina 3.1?

Hope this is the right thread...closest I could find.

I have a 97 Lumina 20,000 original miles. Well maintained but very slow. Can't seem to locate a cold air intake or turbo kit for this year and 3.1 engine. If I'm able to mod the intake from scratch will I need to refesh the chip?
I'm a rookie at this so any help is greatly appreciated.

Not being a stick in the mud, but a 3.1 is just that.

maybe the supercharger from a 3.8 would fit a 3.1. find a grand prix forum...maybe they have a thread detailing the build. if doable, you would need a customer tune. cost would be at least 2 to 3 grand if you do it yourself and find junkyard parts.
