Default ANY SUGGESTIONS HELP --- 98 blazer rough revs

Hello everyone,

I have a 98 S10 blazer with the vortec V6, 85k miles,
my wife uses it maybe twice a week to go no more than 15 to 20 miles a trip. Thiis past Wednesday she was driving and the car sputtered and died. She consistently tried to restart the car with no luck, so i towed it back home, i put more gas into the car, charged the battery, and checked for spark, car starts up just fine and idles okay. There are NO engine codes at all for it, and the SES works, i unplugged the MAF and it coded right away.. SORRY for the long winded explanation just wanted it all here as i am stumped now. So the problem im having is , when its in park or neutral *haven't tried drive or reverse* the engine starts to completely stutter and bogs down like it wants to just completely die on me, let off the accelerator and it goes to a normal IDLE again, and no codes are being thrown at me. Also fuel pressure at the engine valve is steady 56 PSI. If anyone has any suggestions or what i can test next please let me know!

Update--- wife just went out there, started it up and held it at around 1400 RPMs even through it trying to bog down, and it lasted about 25 seconds and finally sputtered and died out
