First of all thank you in advance for your help suggestions.
I am trying to figure out the best way to fix the driver door sticker plate that is damaged. See photos. This is a 2001 Chevy blazer. I have no idea on how to fix this problem. This vehicle belongs to my daughter so I want to fix it securely. Any advice, tips, suggestions, links etc would be greatly appreciated. again THANK YOU.

no way to fix it without welding equipment...either weld in a patch repair or complete new b-pillar panel
