Default Customer Service

Any of you have the customer service problem I am experiencing? Last Thursday I called the customer service number, was assigned a case # and was told I would be called back on Tuesday during the time I specified. No call by late Tuesday afternoon. I was assured I would receive a call on Wednesday during the hours I specified. I did get a call outside of my specified time frame and of course I wasn't available. I called back and left a message with the person assigned to me. No call back then or today. Just left another message. In case any insiders are reading this, the case # is 8-3639617396. Jay

Just to continue the above: I called the specialist assigned to me again on Friday - got voicemail. Called the regular customer service number and explained the lack of contact. I was told I was scheduled to receive a call that day at 1PM. No call by 2PM so I again tried to reach the person assigned to my case. She answered the phone!!! When I asked her why she didn't call me back at 1PM she said nothing was scheduled and in fact she was at lunch then. Anyhow, the day before I think a found the solution to my problem, but I won't be able to get the car to the dear until the new year. She has put my case in pending status. Note: she did not offer any solution to the problem. I didn't get in to a dialogue about why she didn't return any of my other calls. Overall, my experience is that despite the innovative Bolt, Chevy is still the Chevy of the past - a dinosaur.
