if its got a high idle and its rough get a can of carb spray and spray all your gaskets/vacuum lines and if the revs change then you have a vacuum leak. try that, and let us know what you find. also. is this a TPI or TBI engine?

I have a white 1991 camaro z28 and I need to put it up on insurance to get me going around. Only problem is my parents dont want to hold my insurance and im only 18. How much would it be to insure it on my own? The car is 5.0 Liter, 2 door, white. I turn 19 on christmas if that information helps. Can i get historic plates on the car?

1991 Camaro Z28 with the 305 V8?
Just bought a 91 Z28 w/ 305 with 124***miles on it also it has an auto trans. I want to know the things to watch out for with these cars. Its my 1st V8 so it would be nice to have a few suggestions on how to take care of the car as well as the do's and dont's with them. Plans are to keep it stock like it is now.
