2016 Camaro Overheat Problem

2016 Camaro Overheat Problem
Hey,
I signed up the forums to see if anyone have any similar issues that I am having or a mistake that I made. I have a brand new 2016 Camaro Z06 with 400 miles. I took it to Buttonwillow a few weeks ago, after lap 4, the car started to go in to Limp Mode. Does our cars have this issue or was there something I did wrong? Also, do I need to do any upgrades? My friend's GTR did more than 10 laps without any issues.

Welcome to the forum. I haven't heard anything about the Camaros having an overheating problem. I did read where the new model Corvette Z06 having an overheating problem when on a racetrack. I'd take it in and have it checked out.

Not sure I would mention ( to the dealer ) that the problem occurred on the track ?
Have you checked all the fluids ?
No Walley World plastic sack blocking air flow ?
Visually , no signs of leaks ?
