CamaroThis classic Pony Car, the Camaro left the lineup in 2002 and was thought to be gone forever, but is made its long-awaited return in the 2010 model year with a 300 HP V6 and a 426 HP V8 SS
I have had my 1967 Camaro RS/SS 396 4-speed for 35 years.
Restored it once, street-machined it once, restored it again and now I am putting 502BBC w/M23 (Auto Gear) in it. Going to be bone stock appearing car except for the 502 rumble and the 3" exhausts
Back to it original Marina Blue Metallic with Bright Blue interior, bumble bee stripe and black rear panel (Big block) from 1967.
Love working on these 1st gen Camaros. Practically take the entire car apart with 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, and 3/4 inch wrenches and sockets. Engine and tranny come out in one piece in about 90 mins.
Let me know if you have one of these fun 1st Camaros!
Here are some pix over the last few years as it has changed ....
