Default 90-92 tpi question

is there anyone on this forum with a really good understanding of the tpi fuel system & who would be willing to give me some troubleshooting advice? i have a 90-92 camaro tpi system on a 300 hp 350 engine. i am running a 1227730 ecm with a painless wiring harness. it is in a street rod but please don't tear into me for posting here. i also gave a 78 corvette. every car i have ever built has had a sbc motor. i have a ram jet motor in another car & it runs like a top but i have had problems with this tpi setup since its installation. i have a good scanner but this is not a code question. this is a fresh motor built by a machinist who builds motors for the local racetrack. my problem is what i think is a dead miss on no.4 cylinder. i can disconnect the injector plug & hear no difference in the engines idle. the wire has the pulse signal & the plug has a good spark to ground. removing the injector plug on all other injectors gives a noticeable miss at idle. i am running venom 19 lb. injectors. is this sufficient info to make a preliminary diagnosis. i am thinking i have a bad injector. last night when i touched the inj. it had a noticeable tap in it while the others did not. any tpi techs out there willing to help me? thank you in advance for any help you can offer. if you know of a better place to seek advice please tell me.

Swap the #4 injector with another cylinder, and see if the "no difference test" follows the injector, or stays with cylinder #4.
