Default Bored out 400 displacement?

Hey,
Can any body tell me what the cubic inches would be of a 400 small block chevy that has been bored out 30 thousanths with the 5.7 connecting rods and stock crankshaft? Ive had some people tell me that is a 406 others tell me its a 427. Id like to know for sure any responses will be greatly appreaciated.
Thanks,
Ryan

Here is how you can figure it out yourself.

Bore X Bore X Stroke X .7854 X The number of cylinders = Engine Displacement.
