Chevy Camaro radio/ electrical issue after jump start
Hey group,
I really need some help. I had a flat battery 2 weeks ago, got a battery company out. They jump started it from the front and it felt wrong when I started the engine. I've since been told never to do it this way.
Since then my after market entertaining system isn't working. The radio works but you can't control the volume or frequency. The AC works but you can't control or change that either. The entertainment screen remains blank.
When you disconnect the battery and reconnect, it all works fine. But about 24-36 hours later, same problem with the screen, radio and a.c..
All fuses have been checked and are fine. Battery is good. Everything else in the car works. Had an extra earth cable installed.
All battery terminals cleaned.
It's showing an HVAC- Lost communication to radio when you plug the car into a diagnostics. Had the software reinstalled but hasn't helped.
Any other thoughts what to do?
Thanks so much
