looking for opinions, good or bad. 90 RS, 305 tbi, all stock. building a 355 sb TPI setup. car is not being built for blistering track speeds. this will be a daily driver/ weekend cruiser. mild cam, flat top. trying to decide on which heads to run. tpi has its limitations, i'm well aware. that's why i say it's not being built for speed. everyone is going the vortec route. but at a price. but i've heard of people using heads off a 350 tbi motor, with good results. and alot cheaper. been on other forums looking for opinions, but it seems all i get is use vortecs, use vortecs, use vortecs.

anyone here ever done a tpi conversion with 350 throttle body heads? not the 305 heads, but the 350 heads. 1.94 valve version. again, i know i will not make blistering speed, it will be more torque. i'm just trying to figure out if this combo actually has good results.
