I have a 1981 Camaro Z28 and i just put on a new 3" exaust system and i want to put on glass packs. What kind should i put on and i heard that "shorter is better", is that true? Is 3" ehaust to much?

i think 3" is about norm. iv never heard shorter is better i think you can go with what will look better. i would go with the shorter ones myself.

i would say for that the best thing to do would be to go to a local mufler shop and ask them they do a lot of those systems a day and would be able to tell you what would be what you are looking for.
