Camaro? Metallic black?

This car caught on security cam taking photos of our and neighbors house. Any idea the make and model? Very loud as it peeled away.

Looks to be a new camaro probably from what I think 2010-2015ish

Think it may be these tail lights? Or something similar? Any idea if these are common aftermarket lights? Looks like 3 lights on each side.
