Unhappy no compression

i noticed my 355 camaro didn't seem like it was putting out much power. so i asked a buddy for a compression tester. i got the engine warmed up and made sure i did everything right. well the readings are as follows: 1-120/2-115/
3-0/4-110/5-0/6-100/7-120/8-120, the two with zero compression i checked 5 extra times to make sure. the thing is is that it has no bottom end power, but when you get going it really screams. has no signs of anything being out of whack just no comp. anyone know what is wrong??

If it had zero compression it would run terrible all the time.

I know that's what we were thinking too, but i rechecked them this morning after it ran and those two cylinders just barely feather the needle on the tester. the only thing we notice is that there is know bottom end power at all. you punch it to the floor and it just starts to roll off. there's no kick.

Well you could get lucky and just needs a new timing chain.

we used a timing light and got it timed to 12 deg. for just the initial timing. when we hook up the comp, tester it makes a dif noise on those two cylinders. it's almost like air is whooshing somewhere. could it be just a head gasket?

if your head gasket is gone you should see coolant in your oil. Pull the drain plug it should be coolant first as oil sits on top.

Ya i know that's what everyone says, but nothing is happening to my coolant. it has not changed color and there is no antifreeze in the oil whatsoever. i was wondering maybe even a burned valve or something in that manner.

hey i did a leak down test and found out what is wrong. well first of apparently both exhaust valves are shot and the head gasket has a leak. so could that be a power robber?
