Hello fellow Chev lovers

I have a 82 Z28 Right Hand Drive here in Australia and I am looking at putting a MOMO Wheel on her and preserve the original.

I was told part number 13 BK24L was the correct fit but I have a problem with a circular metal plate stoping the hub adapter going all the way in.[]

Can some one please tell me if

1. I have the right hub adapter and if not what the part number is (SAAS or MOMO etc)
2. If the plate needs to be removed then how!
