1994 9C1 fuel pump relay location?

1994 9C1 fuel pump relay location?
Hello guys,
I cant find this stupid relay..Have the service manual and it's supposed to be attached to the bulkhead...Unless it's under the dash somewhere...I have no fuel pressure, the pump doesn't fire up in the first few seconds when you turn the ignition on, so I'm going to replace the pump which I have but need to know the location of this relay...I'm tired of looking for It so I'm asking for your help.
