Default 1994 Caprice acting up and donot know why

my son 1994 caprice classic have a new battery still it will not start without a jump. Sometimes during a jump his alarm go off, headlites flash. HELP someone say check fuses.

have had two new batteries. Thinking more of a electrical problem.

1994.... Check the aux power post at the fuse box, if it's made of zinc, that's bad, might have melted the aux. fuse box. This should be made of brass. It's located under the hood just below the cowl vent on the right inner fender, connected to the battery. Secondly, does the alarm work correctly? Does your son use the alarm? I'd ditch the alarm, then try again.
