90 Caprice won't start

90 Caprice won't start
I started my 1990 Caprice and it ran fine. I pulled it upon a car dolly and towed it 350 miles from LA to Phoenix.
Once I arrived I tried to start the car to drive it off the dolly. It will not start, What gives with that?
I put in a new Battery and new gas, still won't start. I can squirt a little starting fluid into the aircleaner and it will start and idle for a few seconds then dies.
Did towing the car 350 miles mess something up. Has been running great with no problems.
