Hello everyone ..

I have caprice 2009 LTZ ..

few days ago i noticed that the doors open hazzard on the dashboard always on although all the door are properly closed. that lets the security beeps go on whenever i lock the door using the key remote as if one of the doors still open.

another issue has came up as well, which is the rear park assistant has stoped working and my front screen is not showing anything when i put in reverse gear.

looks so weired ..

has anyone experienced like this issue before?
any ideas.

My f-250 did that also I just oiled the door latch. it fixed the problem, the sensor is connected to the latch. Hope this helps.

I would suggest having the vehicle checked over by your dealership. You should still be covered by the 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, depending on your mileage, for this new of a vehicle. This warranty should cover you for these fixes, under normal circumstances. I hope that helps you and if you run into more issues feel free to contact me.

Both are controlled by the BCM (body control module) have the dealer scan it with the Teck2 scan tool.
