I have a 4.3 94 caprice after replacing the fuel pump w/o disconnecting the battery the battery would drain. Thinking it was a bad fuel pump i replace it again this time disconnecting the battery NO CHANGE. The only thing that works is pulling the f/p fuse under the hood. Pull the relay f/p stays on replaced the relay f/p stays on. I even replaced the ECM no change. I have the fuse on a toggle but want to find a solution HELLLLPPPP!!!!
