Angry Fuse keeps blowing

my 87 caprice (305 Carbureted) has had this problem before. my ecm fuse keeps blowing as soon as the IGNITION is turned ON. not when accessory is on, just IGNITION. last time all i did was reroute the O2 sensor wire away from the block, because during acceleration the wire would touch and blow the fuse. now it's been driving good for a few weeks and all the sudden it's happening again. i've checked the O2 wire and it's fine. i've tried disconnecting the ecm completely, putting in a new fuse and it still blows. idk what else to try except disconnect every sensor in the car and try a new fuse each time i connect one at a time. but if it blows with every sensor disconnected, how do i trace down the wiring issue?

please help me i'm so frustrated with this car right now!!!!!
