headliner removal

i have a 1990 caprice trying toget the headliner out of the car its a 4 door do i need to take the seats ot?

Hi,

the headliner is a damned big thing. They mounted it before putting in the windows. The only way out is through the front doors, so at least one front seat has to be removed.
