Well, I know it's difficult to find much of anything for these old cars, you know: parts, information, and so on; believe me, I am so frustrated in my search for replacement interior parts for my '79 four-door because all that the internet wants to show (sell) me is carpeted dash covers, generic cigarette lighters, shift *****, floor mats, and things like that but on the other hand, with the use of the proper key-word (information) that you request of your search engine, repair manuals aren't as difficult. The search will almost immediately run you head-on into the road block of re-directing you to publishers' purchase pages that you can then click on the item to 'add to cart'. I am old-school and believe there is nothing better than a well-written, informative book that you will reference to time and again, put creases in the book's spine, and dog-ear the pages, so to me, whatever the publisher wants for printed material is well worth it. However, acquiring certain information, for example, try to get your hands on the CPU software and periodic updates for a Cat diesel engine sometime: have all your credit cards, checkbook, and the local bank's loan manager on speed-dial for that one because certain automotive information is either totally secretive or comes with such a heavy price-tag that it makes it just simply impractical.
